Technical Artist - VFX

helping us deliver a stunning and unique stylised look for our new IP.

Roll7 are looking to expand our in-house design team and are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to work on an exciting new game project. We are looking for an all-rounder - you will be expected to communicate ideas clearly and be comfortable bridging between both technical and art teams at Roll7. We don't expect applicants to be experts in all UI-relevant software, but you will have a decent level of skill and understanding of graphic design, animation and programming. An organised mind, a methodical, thorough approach and a good level of common sense are equally important.

Reporting to our Creative Director, as a Prototype Designer you will work directly with our Prototype Programmer and part time resources (as required) to deliver high level prototypes of our new IPs. You will be confident in all aspects of the design process - everything from developing mechanics, to balance and level design. While you should be confident and experienced in managing and working with others, you’ll also be self-sufficient designer with a “can do” attitude, able to jump on and build things in engine, implement features with a programmer, and work in a small team to develop something great. You have substantial experience in working with Unity.
3D Character Artist
Working on an original IP, we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Character Artist to help realise a unique illustrated art style. Working under our Lead Artist, the right candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical, and visual skill. You will be an accomplished artist with a passion for creating characters, and the ability to produce stunning, high quality and efficient game content.
Quality Assurance Tester
Are you ready to own the quality and comprehensive testing of our BAFTA winning IPs? Roll7 is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated QA Tester to join our team. The quality assurance team focuses on ensuring that our products continuously meet and exceed the high quality bar we have set for our games.
We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled and talented Animator to bring our new IP to life. Working under our Lead Artist, you will be capable of handling the entire Animation Pipeline and be artistically and technically minded. You will be an expert in 3DS Max or Maya animation and will be proficient in the Unity Engine.
As an Environment Artist, you will be responsible for both the creation of assets and world construction, from architecture to props and level dressing. You will be proactive in communicating progress. Under our Lead Artist, you will be working closely with the wider development teams and design and concept, to produce an engaging and coherent universe.
Working on an exciting original IP, we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Console Programmer. You will be working on bringing the project to current and next gen consoles, working with the programming and design team to craft an experience that makes sense for console specific play style. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and takes pride in solving difficult problems and delivering quality work.

Working on an exciting original IP, we are looking for a Generalist Programmer. You will be working under our Lead Programmer on Generalist tasks for the game.
Senior Unity Programmer
