Best Place To Work UK 2023 (Mid-Sized Business)
Huge news for the team here at Roll7 - we recently won a GamesIndustry.biz ‘Best Places to Work’ award, shown off here by our amazing HR and Ops team (left to right): Izzy, Nisha, and Sibella.
The award reflects the hard work and achievements of the whole studio - but we do want to give an extra special shout out to the wonderful folks in HR and Ops who have been so instrumental in creating such a warm and welcoming work environment here over the past several years.
This achievement didn’t happen overnight and has been the result of a lot of people really dedicating themselves to creating a studio we can all be proud of. This isn’t just about numbers on paper or checking boxes! We’re a small, tight-knit team, and the warm atmosphere and friendly work environment is something that we’ve all nurtured and are proud to be a part of.

Winning this award requires a majority of the studio to submit feedback sharing their experience at the company - so while of course it’s an acknowledgement of the amazing benefits Roll7 offers, our firm no-crunch policy, our commitment to excellence and so on, it’s also a very genuine reflection of the sentiment of everyone here at Roll7.
We’re a small, tight-knit team
They say that if you do a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life - and we all know that’s not true. But from staff parties, to meetings in our London office, to the many, many pets who have attended our morning stand-ups - a job at Roll7 is a job worth loving, and the joy in that is that we genuinely enjoy the work we do. We’re passionate about the games we make, dedicated to each other’s success, supportive, kind, thoughtful… and surprisingly good at karaoke!
So, a huge shout-out to everyone at Roll7, for making us - officially - one of the Games Industry's Best Places to Work 2023.
